In the end of June I ordered a pair of children shoes from anne-shoes.com. I paid $31.50 with PayPal. After some weeks without getting a tracking number as they promise in the order confirmation, I sent an email to their customer service. Immediatley I get a delivery notification in return. I also tried to send an email via the contact form on their website, but got no answer. Then I opened a dispute via PayPal, and shortly after that they sent me a tracking number. Some days later I went to the post office to pick up my package. I was quite surprised when I saw the size of the package, and saw immediatley that there couldn't be a pair of shoes inside. Inside this small envelope I found a shower cap...! I updated my case with PayPal, asking for a refund. Today I got their answer: I will get my money back, but first I have to return the item as a trackable sending. Yeah, right.... To send the shower cap as a trackable sending to China will cost $43, to send it just as a registred letter (I get a proof of dipatch and the recipient must produce proof of identy) cost $23. I'll never accept to spend almost the same or more than I paid for the shoes to get my money back. Why on earth should I return the shower cap to China??? It was "good" to read that others than me have experienced this. But it is a shame that this seller still is allowed to use PayPal!
