Although this has happened when I stated using a computer in 2008 prior to this I still became a Victim through Advertisement and Mail Fraud. My ID Theft and Credit/Bank Fraud has occurred again since 2009, and I can no longer have a regular Bank Account and my Credit History/Rating is in ruins, and part of this Victimization has been through the EFCC of Nigeria based on Fraud Compensation after being a Fraud Victim Twice before, one Nigeria and one UK. I have written on the subject I think is right, Nigeria declared an OUT-LAW Nation because I still get these emails all the time, and some from the EFCC, Nigeria!!
