My husband and I were in a bit of a jam,so we decided to try and get a payday loan filled an app out online through 100day loans, well decided not to go through with it as i didn't want to put us in more of a bind when it came due.Woke this morning to check my account as I do regularly (it's a paranoid habit)and a company called MyCashGuardian charged my account 29.95 without my knowledge,I have never heard of this company!!!And not only was I charged the 29.95 but also a 28.00 NSF fee!!I did get the number and talked to someone who promised a refund in 5-7 business days.But what about the NSF fee!!????And besides that now I don't know if they will charge my account again or what and its linked to my savings and my loan so it's not that easy to open a new account!!This is CRIMINAL!!!!!!I hope this company gets whats coming to them!!!BTW the phone # for the company is 888-485-5853

- The same thing has happened to me and I never used them or received a payday loan. The customer service agent says they charge the fee to help you obtain a loan. She told me I should have gotten an email that describes how to decline the service. I asked her why would I have to read an email for a payday loan I do not want - to decline a service I did not ask for. She gave me a case ID number (270371) and told me I should see a refund in 7 business days, no mention of the NSF fee.
