Sometime during June 2011, I ordered (1) Slice O Matic at the adverised price of $19.99 plus shipping.
I returned home to find a large oversized box measuring 16" x 16 1/2" x 21" containing (6) Slice O Matic's in individual boxes 6" x 6" x 14 1/2" with an invoice (enclosed) detailing the costs.
I called the 800 number listed and informed them of the unauthorized deduction from my debit card.
I was informed that I should ship them back, at my expense, in order to receive credit.
I do not believe that I should incur that expense for their unscrupulous business practice.
I want the public alerted to this company's actions.
