This company SCAMS people out of money! They add on additional rules as they go. The cruise is NOT FREE in any sense of the word. You can get the same cruise with a regular cabin (not "entry cabin" with bunk beds) for LESS!!!!! on-line then what they say is "free" + fees. DON'T DO IT! I am very cautious with this stuff, but thought for a few hundred we'd go on a lower cost cruise - wrong!! The people there have no customer service skills and are RUDE!! I was told I could get a travel credit for the $198 ($50 is lot). Then I got travel certificate. NOTHING about $98 fee to use it. I found out after getting a manager on the line that hotel room was more than I could book myself + $98!!! I have to put out more money to use the credit! This is a horrible company with NO BUSINESS ETHICS! I would love to get my money back and also to have them out of business for scamming people! Oh, then I found a hotel room to use the money, and all of the sudden there's a 2-night minimum-NEW RULE!!! More time wasted!!!!!
