Got an announcement that blocks use of computer saying FBI is fining $200 for illegal use.Cannot get on to Windows.Have not used computer illegally.FBI logo appears real.My malware/anti-virus obviously slipped on this one.

- i recieved this block i called fbi and she said they would never send email. they would send a letter. so beware out there.
