I signed up for the monthly plan 29.95 to be taken out of my checking account.A one time charge of 14.95.The next morning a representative from the company was more than glad to call me even though I checked evening was best time to contact me. supposedly got it all set up I never got to use the service after numerous emails they would not refund my money gave me nothing but the run around. I honestly don't know how they stay in business ripping people off.
