- Hi all, I am still waiting for Michael Andrews to send me a pre-paid visa card to recover the remainder if the money taken from my account.
Hope he will follow through.

- Well...I was contacted by Michael Andrews about an Amazon gift card instead of a per-paid Visa card to reconcile the money Grabswag owes me. NOTHING!!
I write to inform him that I have received nothing and he always has an excuse.
The Visa was not sent, Amazon no longer offers visa gift cards, maybe it was sent to the wrong address after I have given it to him twice.
Then he says he will get right on it.
Amazing that he is disappointed that I would complain about the company when he is so sincere about rectifying the mishandling of my money.
Unbelievable group of scam artists!!!
