These people took $30.00 out of my bank acct. on 6/12/12 for a loan that I supposedly applied for, but never received & when I called this company to request for a refund, I was told to allow 10/15 bus. days. After 15 business days, I called back to let them know that my $$ hadn't been credited to my acct. & I wanted to speak to manager. The Manager Travis Cross & Mark Robinson told me to allow 3/5 bus. days & after the 5th bus. day, my $$ still hadn't been credited to my acct. I'm still fighting w/ this company to get my $$ back & after reading all of the reviews on this site, I will call the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) to file a complaint w/ this company.
