I received a letter stating that in order to be entered into a drawing for 2,000,000 dollars I needed to fill out a form and mail back a check or money order for 11 dollars and 89 cents. I complete this transaction and 2 weeks later I received another letter stating that I need to submit another 11 dollars and 89 cents in order to get a number to be entered into the same drawing. I am on a very limited income need. There should have been a number entered on my behalf when I sent the first 11 dollars and 89 cents. I shouldn't have to send another 11 dollars and 89 cents to receive a number for the same exact thing that I originally sent the money for. I would like my 11 dollars and 89 cents refunded to me along with my 45 cents for the stamp that I used to mail it.
