Received a green card in the mail Saying "Special Notice: Pending cash grant claim $20,978 (DOE). This Company is out of Chicago, Ill. I call 1-800-321-6563 and of course they asked for a code which I gave. They asked for $12.95 for shipping a package that would help you receive the money, but I decided not to give them my credit card number because I was going to check if this was a scam and hung up. We all have to be careful and check with the BBB or other sources.
