My debit card was charged twice for one $50 transaction and i would like to resolve this matter with you at this time. Two transactions showed up on my statement, MDS4422TE and XDS4422TE and my daughter was only credited one time on her game. So i would like you to credit me back a $50 payment. If we can not come to some sort of an agreement, I will have my bank investigate and turn this over to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for you cooperation in this matter.
