Inside was same letter everyone else has gotten. $2,342.000.00 check dated July 11, 2012 No. 7464037863 signed by Jake Sc---- can't make out rest of name. Claims Coordinator. I just need to send cash, check or money order for $20 payable to FAA by 7/19/2012. PO Box 527800 Miami, FL 33152-7800. Needless to say I did not send the $20.
