This person contacted me via FB and wanted to be friends. I agreed and we started emailing one another. It turns out to be a romantic scam as he started professing his love for me right away. I was fortunate in being leary of the way he was talking and was told by family members that they believed this to be a romantic scam. His IP address comes from Nigera even though he claims to be from Dublin, Ireland and working out of the UK as a marine engineer. He claims to be a widower with an 11 year old son. Thank God, I realized he was a scammer before he started asking for money or anything else. I am going to block him from my email and FB, but I so wish I could catch him and that he be prosicuted for the scams he has created with other women. Please post this in the event it may save someone from being taken by these people. I am safe, but by your site, there are so many who aren't. The only thing hurt here is my pride for talking to him for 2 weeks before realizing this person was for sure a scammer. Saved by the grace of God.
