i ordered trial samples of purasilk anti ageing cream also alluria wrinkle cream at the price of £3.95 each i never received these products and then went into hospital for 2 weeks when i came out i have had my statement which shows i have been charged £74.95 and £74.94 for these items i rang the firm at which i was told because i didnt cancel within 14 days then i was charged the full amount i explained that i didnt receive these products and all the lady kept saying was i should have cancelled within the 14 days how can i cancel something ive never had and how do i cancel when im in hospital with bleeding to my brain after a car crash this is one big scam and i cannot afford to pay out this sort of money

  • idem pour moi ,produits payés et non reçus ??? voir avec en complément de produits: illumination lush !!!!est la même entreprise d'arnaque web ,je vois que je ne suis pas la seule a déposer plainte !!!
