Contacted live chat pre sale and spoke to Ella, quick to reply and as soon as I paid I try to contact chat again it is offline (so much for 24/7 live chat) and left a message. Was never contacted even after several days... I tried live chat many more times and waited hours for a reply which asked for my payment address.. after that I never received a reply....
I have filed a dispute with PayPal and hoping this leans in my favor... DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!
