I contacted a person names Josh Durego through pet adoptions website and because he was advertising free kittens. He lived in Arizona and i live in California so he needed to ship them to me. He told me he registered the kittens through culreg and they would transport kittens to me as soon as they received $200.00 via money transfer. I transferred the $200.00 as requested and never received kittens. All communications were done via e-mail. The morning I was to receive kittens I was contacted by someone from culreg telling me they needed an additional $300.00 wired before sending kittens. I told them to cancel the transaction and send my money back. They said they couldn't and I never got my $200.00 back.
