I have ordered "Pro Healthmaster" by Montel William on Oct. 16th 2011 over the phone. On the phone, instead of placing my order to the operator, it was all done automatic recorded voice. After placing my order of the Pro healthmaster over the phone, the recorded voice message kept asked me if I wanted to accept free trial discounted memberhip for one month. Of cause, I said no and didn't accept the free offer. The recording just kept on repeating the same question over and over before I finally got the confirmation number of my order of the pro healthmaster. The whole process took me more than an hour to finalized.
After several billing cycle, I noticed "WC MONVALUEPLUS" TOOK AWAY $24.95
since December 2011 up until June 2012.
Finally, I called the 1-800 925-8674 and asked what is about, the operator said it was the discount membership I Ordered when I placed the healthmaster. I was out raged, I never authorized them for the membership and how can they do that?
The operator told me to cancell the membership, and I said "what? are you kidding me?
why do I have to cancell something that I didn't even ordered or authorized?
I couldn't believe these company do exist. Why doesn't the authority is after these compamies who benefits after innocent people.
