Mathew Shepherd managed to convince me to let Capital Lending process a new loan for me at 2.99 interest rate. I filled out all the income and financial reports and was told the loan was approved and they need $1500.00 to open the escrow. Same sad story they have told many others, now they do not answer calls or respond to e-mails. Such a big scam and sounded so ligit. I have sent reports to Beverly Hill police department but don't expect I will ever recover any money just hope that someone else sees this information and advoids this scam.
