We have been receiving notices of non payment for Online Public Yellow Pages for and ad that we never placed. They actually cut part of our secretary's phone conversation to eliminate her telling them we do not want the service. Now they are sending us balance due notices and we cannot find the ad they say we placed anywhere on the net.

- We are going through the same thing as we have experienced the EXACT same call..and they are claiming after doctoring MY recording..that I owe them for signing up for their services, when in fact I declined their services..if this has happened to you please voice your complaint. This is just ridiculous and shady they are thieves who make a living through trickery and trying to manipulate and scare people saying they will ruin their credit for 7 years,they can't seem to produce the ENTIRE recording from the time I asnwered the phone..hmmmm..how convienient..nor do they have my signature. I am appalled and disgusted with how many other innocent companies these people have ripped off and actually got the money from kind, honest, hard working people..who reluctanly paid out of fear..what a shame
