I ordered a pair of crocs from kely-mal, they sent a cheap plastic shower cap so that they could tell PayPal that they had a sippers #. I tried contacting the seller three times but he never responded. When PayPal contacted the seller they responded and told them that they shipped my item and gave the shippers # for the shower cap. PayPal closed my case before the claim was resolved...I'm still out $13.20.
