Just checked in with American Express who will help me resolve this unauthorized charge. I think this company is a total scam. Stay away....I could not get anyone on the phone to help me, stayed on hold forever, absolutely incompetent employees, just a rip off in every way. I booked a flight directly with the airline for the same price!
