I was just about to fall for the very same scam as reported here by the many people who have already filed complaints. When I was told by the tech support that my computer was infected and that I could purchase on-line support from "certified engineers" for $279.00 USD I became suspicious. I quickly did a Google search for QResolve and found this website. After reading just a few of the complaints already logged, I was convinced that this was a scam. I quickly disconnected from the QResolve help desk and shut off my computer.
I would like to thank the people who took the time to register their complaints about this scam. It saved me from falling victim.

- i complained to the company and was refunded $245.95 w/in 4 days...they too told me my comouter was so infected (245 errors).
