I purchased (or at least thought I did) a gift card for Subway for $5.00, but was supposed to receive one for $10.00. I made multiple attempts to contact SaveMore.com via email and telephone, but to no avail.
I even attempted to contact Subway, which they informed me they were not responsible for this "deal" and that I would have to contact the original company in which I made the initial purchase. Even tried to call back a second time to customer service, which now I have been informed that the company lines are no longer in service nor the site.
I understand it is only $5.00, but I am a single mother and that $5.00 (which I thought I was making a good choice in funding valuable time for Mommy/Daughter time and saving some money) could have been spent other ways. It is so heartbreaking that this company has taken from my family. Just wish there were something more I could do. =(
