I just recieved this letter from the FAA as well and it appears to be false. I went online and found over 500 complaints for this company. They give no phone numbers on their flyer and are requesting money to be sent to their post office box. My advice to anyone who recieves this letter is to rip it up and throw it away. If you have won money somehow, NOBODY is going to request money up front!
