I was given a routing number by a friend and told it was Obama funds for everyone over the age of 18 to help with bills. You just had to enter the number and use the numbers on the back of your ss card to get bills paid. Anything up to $1000 for bills. I used this to pay my electric bill, and a credit card bill. I got confirmation of payments and everything. I called my credit card company this morning and they verified this is a scam/fraud. Had to cancel my credit card and was issued a new card. My electric bill is no longer showing payment made but is back to payment due again.
