Spoke to a man called Rob as I wanted to find out more about the"phone support" services for ekitmembers.We had a long talk and he promised to ring me again on tuesday july 26,2011 to talk to me agian.
On 26th July at 1000 hrs Rob rang and we had a long conversation and then he wanted to introduce a Mr.Shawn Earl to talk to me.I then told him that I am felt quite uncomfortable to continue with the "phone support" services and would like to back out from my
deal with "phone support",
Rob then was abrupt and we ended our conversation.
From my credit card I was shocked to see the a statement for an amount of $165.00 from ekitmembers.
This a transaction which I did not authorise.

- I am also a member of ekitmembers and registgering with phone support is step one in their program. And i agree, it is a valuable and necessary step. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, you could call your phone representative and he/she will assist you with whatever you need help with, or you could contact their online support. But i have had dealings with their online support and each time i posed a question to them, they sent me an email saying they couldnt help and that i should call their customer service number instead. I agree, they could have better, more prominent and precise and respectful customer service. But phone support is a good thing to have. How far in the program are you in?
