I purchased an expedited DD-214 from this company using their website. They have failed to deliver the product. I have been unable to contact the company via email or telephone. I would like to receive the product since I cannot pursue veterans benefits for my father without this form. I have learned that I cannot even get another company to get the form since Touchstone initiated a search.
