I have ordered 4 separate watches from WOW totaling about $650. over the last month or so - The prices seem to be pretty good - they have no customer service. Each watch I purchased had minor things wrong with them, though - one I did send back for a FULL REFUND - I got it eventually, but it was a hassle. Two of the watches had some slight
scratches on the case - they looked like they had sold them to someone else but then had been returned - the protective coverings were missing. Since the prices were pretty good I contacted Roi Mallach ( I was told he was head of Customer Service - You can forget getting anyone on the phone ) and tried to work out a percentage discount on the watches ( $10 - $25. refund on each watch back to my paypal ) At first he offered the partial discount/refunds, no problem and then he would email me back wanting me to return the watch at my expense of course - he has no business sense, no politeness - he has outright lied to me now 3 separate times - I am sick and tired of it - I now have Paypal working on a claim to get my partial or full refund. DO NOT do business with these people, they are out to cheat you if they can - another thing I suspect is they inflate the retail prices of the watches and the watch descriptions usually have a few things wrong & the pictures of many of their watches have been treated to look better than they do in person - BEWARE of this sleezy company. I will never do business with them again & I buy a lot of watches - they lost a good customer & I will spend a lot time trying to get others not to buy from them. I may even file a formal complaint with Attorney General's office in Florida about the way they do business. Another thing to be aware of is I suspect the company is owned by Israeli's & most likely all the employees are Israeli - I have done business with a couple of other Israeli owned companies in the watch/jewelry business in the past. Each one was a very bad experience. They seem to go out of their way to scam or cheat you. This is my experience with them - whether all of them are like that - who knows - just beware of the lying, cheating weasels. One final thing is be aware that there have been numerous complaints filed against WOW on several Consumer Complaint websites - check them out.
