MagicJack began blocking a relative's home phone number basically making our MJ+ and 4 years of prepaid phone service useless. This violated their terms of service. Even though they claim that his carrier is charging them for connecting my call, I have verified that this is NOT the case with his carrier. I was even able to place another call to another number serviced by the same phone company and it went through. MJ advertises free calls in the US and then blocks a person's number after getting you to upgrade to the MJ+. Don't fall for this scam. The company is rip off! We have saved the entire chat conversation with both phone companies and would be happy to work to support a class action suit against MJ.
