My mother ordered these products from a TV ad, which offered trials for $1.95. However, the fine print, so fine it could not be read, indicates you will receive shipments from now on and will be charged monthly for Vita derm at $84.96 and Aqualift at $78.94. We tried and tried to cancel for her, but when we called the company they claimed not to be able to find her account, so they could not stop the shipments, and the shipments and monthly charges continued. We had to get our bank involved, Wells Fargo, and they took off the charges. But, vitalift continued to charge the card and send their worthless crap. My mother is 86 years old. We went so far as to have a 3-way call with wells Fargo, vista derm, and us, and Vita Derm had a multitude of stalling tactics. The rep from Wells Fargo bank told them they were being ridiculous, and had never seen such a bold scam!

These people are scam artists, so please beware! Wells Fargo finally recommended that we cancel our credit card, since Vita Derm was refusing to stop the billing and shipments. which we have done. So much extra work and trouble. Please beware!!!
