I received a letter from William Edwards, Director. I now hold official "Tiebreaker One Admissibility documentation which must be completed to confirm my opportunity to win and receive an amount of: $8,000.00 OR upgrade to $13,000.00" If I send them $10.00 I will receive the money. I've checked to try to contact them but they cannot be found! I want this kind of thing to be stopped. It's a travesty for old people who are on a fixed income to be "taken for a ride."
