Im a Car Dealer and Repair Shop. I ordered part from Mike H. He said he was the owner. Part arrived and it was just as bad as the one I was replacing. (spindle/bearing assembly) He said he'd replace the part if I sent him pictures of the part sent. He got the part from Michigan. We are in South Carolina. We dont buy parts from Michigan, they buy parts from us. The salt/ice/and snow conditions make buying used parts from that part of the country unfavorable. As a rule we avoid purchasing parts from those areas. I thought the part was coming from California. He stated that he guaranteed his parts and if any problem , he'd replace it. When I tried for several days to rectify the issue, he stalled many days until I finally got him on the phone . Then he said the part looked good to him. We went round and round , repeating ourselves until I finally gave up. Which is exactly what he was counting on. BAD BUSINESS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Selling parts unseen from ghost sellers. He could care less as long as he gets his money. BUSINESSES LIKE THIS HURT THE ENTIRE ON-LINE INDUSTRY.
