Hope you have not purchased from SimplePure before reading the warning from the Better Business Bureau (the key words follow). Not only is their weight loss product apparently improper for this purpose, when you try to get your money back you can't send by Fedex or UPS and get a meaningful receipt showing it has been delivered back to them. The notice on the Better Business Bureau website says that the PureSimple product is illegal for sale as a weight loss treatment. Here are the words from the BBB.

According to FDA sources, HGC is approved for the treatment of infertility, but has not been proven effective for treating obesity; orally ingested, or given in injections. Clinical trials have shown that weight loss achieved by users of the HCG diet resulted from a drastic reduction in caloric intake. The diet and treatment protocol recommends 500 calories a day. According to the FDA any company selling this product to be used for weight loss is in violation of the law.

When I called to get an address for them in Canoga Park, California their representative will not give it to you. Their forms all just show a PO Box. My wife had ordered and used her American Express Card. I have my number, but their obnoxious rep would not even give me a mailing address without her credit card number, even though there could be no valid reason for refusing. Per their website PureSimple's offices are shown as being in Las Vegas. At least at that location, an address is provided. This site appears to be a bad scam that should be shut down by the FDA or some agency.
