I PLACED AN ORDER TO BUY ASUS LAPTOP FOR $384 ON JUNE 12, 2012. AFTER A WEEK, I FOLLOWED UP WITH THEM. I WAS TOLD CHINA CUSTOMS CHARGE $170 FOR TAXES. SO I WAS ASKED TO PAY MORE FOR THAT AMOUNT. SO ON JUNE 18 I SENT $170. AFTER A WEEK, WHEN I FOLLOWED UP WITH THEM, I WAS TOLD CHINA CUSTOMS BROKE IT. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR A REPLACEMENT. AFTER A WEEK , I WAS TOLD THE SHIPMENT WAS LOST. SO I WAS GIVEN A CHOICE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. I CHOOSE A REFUND. AFTER A WEEK, I WAS GIVEN A WESTERN UNION MTCN TO CLAIM MY REFUND. BUT WHEN I WENT TO WESTERN UNION I WAS TOLD THE MTCN DOES NOT EXIST. NOW, I TRIED TO FOLLOW UP BUT I WAS IGNORED BY PUTTING ME ON HOLD FOR A CHAT UNTIL I GOT DISCONNECTED. I WAS JUST IGNORED UNTIL THE CHAT LINE GOT DISCONNECTED !
