I agreed for 2 years subscription for PC support. On 7/8/2012 I called to get some heip on cleaning and remove infected files. When I dialed 888-977-3765, I GOT BUSY SIGNAL , I tried 4 to 5 time nothing happened. I really want to know whatever happened with this company??????!!!!!!!!!!!!.............my God lost $287.96.

- They scammed me but I received a full refund by calling safecart. I added a follow up to my original complaint and an explanation of what I believe they did to purpetrate the scam. Please read it if it went through. Thanks. Gene P.
