June 5th 2012, they called for me to buy a vacation pkg to Florida, Get a two for one, I said I was just there in April, through them great come back again they said , I said I wanted to but not now need to get caught up on bills first, they agreed as most all of us know of the economy. I was told by them a legal company, all I need was a credit card to hold the vacation of two for one special, I said I would pay in the end of June not to run my card they agreed, they lied, they took it the first week , I called said cancel this I will do later I need the money back now,to pay other bills. the supervisor said read the pkg when it comes you need to write and call, I told her I had it it says just to call which I did that number put me to going to many options or emailing them on their web site , because of high volume calls, I emailed them no response ever came, this was the sixth call I made first I was told in 7-10 days for the refund, okay, well after the time nothing came I called again was told to late it's past the 15 days was sarcastically spoken to unethical for a business, I was compared to JC penny's policy for a return. They will not even put me to speak to the sales person who signed me up to speak too, they say they are all busy they won't even return a call. I asked and done as i read to cancel on time,many things they stated on phone to attract me to the vacation pkg, they either lied about or left out major things that one had to do, such as the two for one you can give to a friend or family member but not one in the same household or sell one, but either way both can not fly or book vacation at the same time,even if different hotels or rooms. they give a hundred dollars voucher for flying for each person in your party, off the price booking through them saves (not) they only take $25.00 for each two hundred spent. the Disney theme park tickets for two for any 7 days during a 14 consecutive calendar day period beginning on the first day of use. All I wanted was my money back I canceled in more time ahead then ever. I was very calm and listened but they not care to understand.
