Can anyone please explain how this company got permission to take money out of my account. This company needs to be reported to trading standards how can they do this to hard working people.
I went to the bank and have explained to them this company is fraudulent and they have stopped anymore payments going out and they have instructed me to get in touch with these people and try to get my money back. They also told me to look at the small print when trying to find a loan on the internet e.g www.loansdirect.co.uk due to fraudulent companys likes this getting our card details. thank you
