i recieived a letter from OCEAN BLOOM INTERNATIONAL saying i won some sort of lottery in Australiafor the amount of $250,000.i had my doubts but they sounded real and very smooth about it.i was told to aviod all the taxes taken from the $250,000 i can pay a 15,000 fee that will allow me to recieive a check for $235,000 that would be all mine.now i hear this is all a scam?what am i going to do!my family is so heart broken.can u help?
