I was Quoted a price at T Mobil before the samsung S 3 came out,but was told there are no preorders,so just wait.I was on a list at the retaill store to get a call when they came in.They arrived ,but no call.Then they tell you that now you have to pay the phone in full at point of order ,no more monthly .thats wrong.Anyone else have issues wiyh this?
