In October of last year I submitted a repair order to Uggrepair.com. After paying for my order online, they emailed me a shipping label. I attached it to the package and took it to the post office where I was told I needed to pay additional shipping since they under estimated the weight of my boots. I then patiently waited several months with no return on my boots.
I called and emailed multiple times and no answered, and they closed down their website. In February of this year a man answer and assured me he was out of the country due to a death in the family but I would receive my boots in the next two weeks. I have called and emailed a dozen times since and have never received a response or my boots back and the website it shut down.
