I received a phone call from Andy Goldberg a director at Publishers Clearing House who told me that I had won a sweepstake. He further told me I had to pay a delivery fee to receive the check through Federal Express. he quoted a price of $850. and I advised I did not have that much available. He asked how much I could manage. I told him $400. I then sent the $400. through Western Union. I called Mr Goldberg and requested I needed the $400. returned to me. He advised me I need to pay an additional $1400. I advised him that would never happen and he hung up on me.
