I ordered a pair of Naturalizer White Sandals for $30.60 and was sent a 7x5 inch envelope from China (did not open and will send back to sender as REFUSED. I read the scam reports on the web and immediately made a report to my credit card company and PayPal. I don't understand why PalPay continues to handle transactions for this company. Why hasn't this business been reported for fraudulent transfer of funds and considerations under the Anti Money Laundering ACT and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We may all be unknowingly funding a terrorist organization.
