In March 2012 I received a bill with a premium service charge of $9.99 and I called t-mobile. T-mobile stated it was a third party company and it was nothing they could do. I received the next month bill and the same thing was on there. I called T-moble and a rep stated they would fix this matter. I've been dealing with this matter for 4 months now. T-mobile sent me a text today July 1, 2012 stating that they are going to shut my phones off if I don't pay my bill. My bill was in fact paid June 12, 2012 and was not due until June 16, 2012. I went into a T-mobile store and plus had a rep on the phone to try to get some assistance. All I got was a headache and a name Click Gen and a telephone number and no help cause this is a scam. I need help to resolve this matter. How can T-mobile have this problem continue to go on to their valuable customers. SMH PISSED OFF
