I,ve been to there web site,entered my request to discontinue their auto/ship tatic which seemed to have been received,several months later I receive another package from them. I don,t know what to do short of having my debit card cancelled sence they can,t seem to honnor a request from those of us who they have dupped into their incrupulious sale's tatic.
