Complaint 130715 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I had an electronic check processed for $29.95. I called the Alliance Assets company that was listed on the check at 1-877-886-0144 & the first lady hung up on me. The second lady told me it was from Alliance Charge. I find it mighty strange that they are both Alliance ***. I honestly feel like this is the same company. She stated that it was for a subscription. But now I have to go through this fraud process & blahh blahh blahh my account is going to be frozen. So the Alliance people are a bunch of crooks if you asked me. I was told that I would be refunded but we shall see. Oh yeah the I.P. address she gave me was some spam company that blocks the true address. If this info is outon the web & available for us to research, why won't the banks do something about this?
