Apex digital marketing a 3rd party which charges thru tmobile service. I got a bill and saw that i had two downloads from a company called Apex Digital Marketing. At first i called my phone company and they said that they could not refund the charges b/c they were made by a third party, tmobile provided me with the contact information for the company. When i called them they asked for a short code, i gave them the one on the bill and she said that was not it, and that i should call my phone company and ask them for it. Sure enough i call back tmobile and they give me the same short code. Now that i am trying to call them back i am constantly getting a busy tone. I will try again tomorrow, i think its very unfair that 3rd parties can charge your phone for services you did NOT request!!
