I accepted an offer that stated I would receive a free sample if I paid 5.95 shipping and handling. Instead, I was charged an additional 89.95 on 6/4/2012. I went to my bank when I found I could not contact dermapure and they cancilled my card for me. Unfortunately, I used my debit card instead of a credit card so I took the hit. I did file a complaint with my bank but I don't expect a refund.
