I tried shopping at Winn Dixie on 6/22/12 and never had to put up with the abusive cashier as I did this night, after working all day and having to go stand in a line at Wal-Mart for an hour before being waited on, and when you get to the cashier and they really don't know there job, And the Manager has to be call over by cashier over and over again, even after he has check out the coupons, until it stress you out. This Winn Dixie doesn’t need that cashier. I was so upset after bidding on your coupons on eBay and trying to use them, with a 30.00 order and couldn’t because I had a couple other coupon as well they kept taking off the other coupons and say you don’t meet the 30.00 dollar requirement which I would keep as other item and when I gave them another coupon I still didn’t meet the requirement to use the 5.00 off 30.00 coupon because my other coupon stated free coupon. I end up paying 78.63 in cash trying to use a 5.00 off 30.00 coupons. I even separated my items and she did the same thing. After standing there another 45 minutes and couldn't get pass two coupons because the cashier couldn't get it. I started shopping at 7.30 and when I left Winn Dixie it was 9.55 p.m. 2 hour and 25 minutes of my life wasted because a cashier don't know what they are doing. I even call back after I got in my truck and was put on hold because Manager wouldn't come to the phone, not one time but several times I was place on hold to wait for Manager, who never came to the phone. This happen at the Winn-Dixie in Belle Glade Florida. If you are shopping with coupons stay away from this store. Because every-time I went in it something difference with my coupons. It shouldn't be a problem when they are getting the full value of the coupons pulse 8 per cent handling fee. The first thing I was told is that the coupon had the same number; if you had more than one of the same coupons they will have the same number. It took some time to get her to understand that to. The time before I end up paying 68.96 cent more for my food than I should have. You know it is something wrong when you get stress out from shopping at Winn*Dixie.
