They took 446.oo out of my mother's bank account. She is 88 years old and suffers from severe dementia. She doesn't remember talking to anyone,doesn't know who Y&R Benefits is. She already has health and drug insurance and is on SS. How did they get her bank account number. She only draws 700 a month and leaves her unable to pay her bills. We are going to set up another account. These people need to be stopped.They have promised to reimburse her. Ya I bet....
